In vitro screening platform

The in vitro screening platform offers a broad range of screening services to our clients and is equipped with multiple advanced devices, offering a broad range of screening services to our clients, customers access to a broad range of in vitro screening services, such as Envision multi-functional microplate reader, Beckman Coulter Echo 655 next-generation high-throughput acoustic liquid processor, and 8-pin high-sensitivity SPR system Biacore 8K.

  • Protein expression and purification

    Expression of target proteins can be achieved with various systems such as E. coli, insect cells, and mammalian cells. Separation and purification of target proteins are performed using various chromatography techniques such as gel filtration chromatography, ion exchange chromatography, tag purification, and affinity chromatography.

  • Biochemical assays

    Binding affinity and enzymatic activity can be measured using multiple assay formats, such as fluorescence polarization (FP), time resolved fluorescence resonance energy transfer (TR-FRET), AlphaScreen, as well as label free methods, such as surface plasmon resonance (SPR).

  • Cell based assays

    We provide a comprehensive menu of cell based assays, including cell proliferation, reporter cell line generation and reporter signal detection, cell signaling analysis, gene expression, and protein expression measurement to support your discovery research, with a multitude of biological techniques, such as immunofluorescence, chemiluminescence, TR-FRET, AlphaLISA, Nano-BRET, RT-PCR, and WB.

  • In vivo models

    The in vivo platform provides rodent models for a wide range of disease areas such as cancer, auto-immune, and CNS, as well as PK/PD analysis.

  • CryoEM platform

    We have an in-house Talos Glacios 200 kV CryoEM system, with the detector Falcon IV, for determination of high resolution apo protein structures and protein-ligand complex structures, to aid compound design. A 300 kV Titan Krios is also available.

  • DMPK platform

    The DMPK platform provides in vitro ADMET analysis, including drug physicochemical properties analysis (solubility and stability analysis), drug permeability evaluation (PAMPA/Caco-2/MDCK, etc.), drug metabolism analysis (liver microsomes/hepatic cells/plasma metabolic stability/CYP phenotyping), drug-drug interaction analysis (CYP inhibition/CYP induction) and cardiotoxicity analysis (hERG test), etc., as well as pharmacokinetic analysis in rodents.
